Challenges Facing HR Executives
The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), which is the primary professional organization for HR professionals—and an organization we recommend students interested in the field join—recently asked members to identify the top issues that they think HR executives will face in the next 10 years. (Stewart & Brown, p. 558). Of the 9 issues identified in the textbook…
Select any 3 of the issues you might feel are more important to you and briefly explain your reasoning. Be specific.
NOTE: In your response, do not cut and paste definitions or meanings of the issues from your book or Online because that is not what the discussion topic requires. Adhere strictly to the discussion topic’s requirement.
Responding to Discussion Topics
Do not cut and paste large amounts of researched work as your response. The response may have some information from no more than one or two sources, and must contain more of your thoughts, rather than that from references.
If you use directly quoted or paraphrased work from others in your response, you are required to include a citation at the point of the quoted or paraphrased information. A reference will also be required at the end of the total response. No Plagiarism and 2 references.
