write a case study using appropriate literature and/or guidelines, critically discuss an ABCDE cardiorespiratory assessment that would be carried out on a patient of your choice from a medical or surgical background. Please note A= Airway, B= Breathing, C= Circulation, D= Disability, and E= Exposure.
Choice of case study: below the choice of case study for your clinical presentation will be left up to you to decide. While the patient does not necessarily need to have a cardiovascular or respiratory condition it must involve the patient developing a cardiovascular/respiratory problem that warranted your attention/intervention.
Include in your discussion all nurse-led investigations necessary to carry out to complete a full nursing assessment. If any, identify medical investigations that would help to complete a nursing assessment. Do not include a detailed account of the medical attention given but rather, the assignment is a “critical discussion” of your nursing actions. Kindly follow the structures carefully with regards.
