The sociological study of crime should acknowledge that different social groups have different relationships with the criminal justice system
Order Description
1) discuss how it would be applied to black and minority’s ethnic groups
2) discuss ways the criminal justice system fails to support victims of crime.
3) discuss the UK response to terrorism since 9/11 and the subsequent legislative response
4) evaluate at least two policies on crime control e.g penal system and parole system etc
Use academic arguments for all discussions
