Order Description
The paper is for a Organizational Development course. The course requires us to form a consulting group and find a client to diagnose their organization. This paper aim to compare the theory and practice of OD, what is our experience and how the theory support or not support it. Also, what is the advantages and limitations of OD. I will upload a doc of the outline of my project, and three distinction papers from last year.
However, there are some differences between the project last year. First, everyone in the class has the same client (shouldn’t make any differences). Second, they are required to only use one lens to diagnose the client’s organization, which is very limited and not very effective. This year, there’s no limitation.
Must use reference: Schein (Schein is like the father of OD), and Gallos. Please use at least 4 frameworks to support how the hypotheses is formed. And, back up the recommendations with theories.
