2. The case that is being used is titled “Crisis communication strategies: a case of British Petroleum.
3. The writer needs to find 4 additional scholarly references that focus on the management issue of crisis management / crisis communications without referring specifically to British Petroleum. I have also uploaded an annotated bibliography prepared by your company and the references on the bibliography that should be used by the writer.
4. Synthesize and apply what you learned from those articles to the case
