The chosen policies should be analysed in relation to their components and applications? and critiqued in relation to their contents, accessibility, efficacy, effectiveness, legal compliance, consistency with other policies and with contemporary HRM principles and benchmarks. Recommendations for the improvement of the policies, and their justification, should be included in the business report.
