Assessment instructions:
For this assignment, you will undertake qualitative research by conducting an ethnographic interview with one person (ANY) Your interview will explore the relationship of food and drink to identity, as informed by the culture, traditions and culinary practices of the country or region in which the interviewee lives and/or is from.
It is essential you follow the ethics process. You will be tested on your knowledge of research and ethics.
You will need to provide a typed transcript of your interview.
