Create a Marketing Plan for a Non-Profit Charitable Organization of you choice and
create a Customer Lifetime Valuation model and Measue Net Marketing Contribution
as well as Marketing ROI and ROS for the organization-
Utilize the things that you have learned from the two sessions of marketing- As a
consultant, create a strategic plan as to how you believe that the organization of you
choice should proceed to grow and benefit more than it is curently assisting- You
organization can be any charitable organization of you choice- it can be assisting any
type of goal, G-e- people, planet, animals, etc-)-
0 Build a consulting report with recommendations using the suggestions provided to
you in ou classes-
0 Position it as if the organization came to you for expert advice-
0 Try to rneasue some form of CLV (or donor lifetime value)
0 Try to rneasue NMC, MROI, and MROS
0 Use the philosophy learned from the Dan Pallotta TED talk you watched-

exists in this data base will make you life easier-
0 You will have to interpret existing information given from the website into
terminology that we used in class-
0 Charitable organizations are not marketing guus- You will have to find you own
souces of Revenue, MSE, Customers etc- from other terms that they use-
