A report of 2000 words showcasing changes in design, development and refurbishment/renovation addressing financial, environmental, economic sustainability and new industry trends with special attention to the relevant stakeholders.
Building on assessment 2, students are required to research a hospitality facility that requires refurbishment/renovation of their choice. This facility must not be one that has undergone, or is currently in the process of undergoing renovations / refurbishments. The facility that you select must be one that you consider is in need of renovations due to a range of reasons mentioned below:
• Build quality and design needs
• Renovation/refurbishment design and facilities
• Economic viability
• Environmental sustainability practices implemented within the project
• The financial value and return of the development or refurbishment
• Identify stakeholders affected
• Justify your approach to provide the optimum result to all stakeholders
