Your report and presentation will be based on secondary data (literature Review)
you are required to review the attached two academic journal articles in detail and present the findings in written report format-
The topic of the journals is related to the use of social media as a marketing communication tool in higher education-
You are to present a summary of the two articles (see below) in one document-
you need to write about the implications of these findings: what do these mean to university marketing communication and what do you recommend
based on that
Each article should be summarized and should reflect:
o the main results and findings,
0 methodology, and theoretical framework (their literature review)
0 Aim of the study – research study question
Reports should be double spaced, Times New Roman , size 12 and must include a reference list using the Harvard referencing style
Report should be structured as follows:
0 Cover page with student names and ID numbers, subject name and code, lecturer name and term date

0 Abstract
0 Body of the report (introduction, review, recommendations, conclusion, reference list)
