The essay contains three questions:
1/ an overview of principal preparation programmes Chronologically.
2/ Identify if there are patterns or convergences in the design and central features of school principal preparation programmes. This is the main question which should contain themes and tables to compare between provided studies on principal preparation programmes (I have uploaded 30 studies) we need to determine the patterns used in the studies such as commonalities and variations then summary the patterns in the design and central features. 3/ What forms of knowledge, areas of study, approaches to teaching and supporting professional learning have achieved prominence in programmes of school principal preparation in developed contexts? I meant by knowledge the curriculum, the content for example if they teach the history of education to the student who enrolled in the principal preparation programmes also
