For your Signature Assignment, you will demonstrate your comprehensive understanding of the assessment, treatment, and recommendations of child clients. You will propose a psychological evaluation on a hypothetical child client (ages 2- 12 years) with a psychological disorder.
1. You will be writing this paper in parts that will be due in the coming weeks.
2. You will find instructions about what to include in each part of the proposal as it is assigned.
3. You will continue to add to your beginning document for each new part.
4. Put all parts in the same running, comprehensive document in the order assigned.
5. Refer to the Signature Assignment Rubrics for guidelines on how each part will be graded.
Structure of the Paper
? In addition to the body of the paper, include a title and Reference page.
? Three to five professional resources are required.
? You will compose a final 10 page (minimum) paper, using APA format.

? For this part, you will need to provide the following information: Name, Age, Date of Birth, Gender, Ethnic Background, Education, Family functioning, Living Situation, Family history of crime or mental health issues, Siblings, Medical issues, Current Medication, and education level.
? Part 1 should equal one page in length.

Summary of current research found in journal articles, books, or personal interviews related to the presenting problem (behavioral issues, domestic violence, substance abuse etc).
? Questions of interest to consider include:
o What is the current research regarding this topic?
o What are the common treatment goals?
o What are the common problems with kids with this disorder?

? Include a rationale for your recommendations and examine your approach from a Biblical perspective.
