Comparative rhetorical analysis of two of the Op-Ed pieces
Conduct a comparative rhetorical analysis of two of the Op-Ed pieces presented, determining which essay is more rhetorically effective. your analysis will be based on at least three (and no more than four) of the rhetorical criteria covered in the group presentations. In other words, which Op-Ed piece, based on your analysis of rhetorical devices, is the most effective? Remember to judge the criteria in relation to each author’s intended audience and purpose, and be sure to use plenty of examples and to explain your analysis clearly and thoroughly as you answer this question. Also remember that as you analyze the writing, you will need to hold back your own opinion on the topic of the essays themselves.
