applicable to any type of “product” resulting from project
development effort as it addresses all the elements of any product that fulfills the customer’s expectations.
Develop a comprehensive analysis relating project quality planning, assurance, and control to the concept ofthe “whole
product” and the resulting customer satisfaction achieved from a specific project effort.
