This assignment is part of the ongoing Course Project. In this assignment you will select all of the non-food capital items needed for your facility.
Part 1: Write a summary explaining your rationale for the selection of the non-food capital items and how they will support your facility.
Develop a list of equipment in a word document table with quantity, specifications, and estimated prices, of the major non-food capital fixed equipment items required for your business concept. These expenses might include your POS system, computer hardware and software, audio/visual system, telecommunication system, security system, vehicles, furniture, artwork, and/or real estate. You may add pictures to the list as reference.
