The exam is worth a total of 200 points. Choose four of the essay questions for a grade and answer the bonus questions.
The exam grade is based on four essay questions worth 50 points each. In addition, there are bonus questions. Please write in paragraph form, including headings and sub-heading unless otherwise instructed. Answers should be several paragraphs long, but not longer than two pages single-spaced each for a total of eight pages. Consider outlining the question first, so that you do not miss parts.
Answer each question and support your answers using the articles, frameworks, theories, concepts, and cases as well as class lectures. Be sure to include concepts, definitions, examples, and descriptions of key points if it clarifies your answer. Do not be redundant or vague. If a specific term has been discussed in class or used in an article or case, please note it. Please be as detailed as possible and give explicit examples from the case.
Do not write one paragraph summarizing an article and then one paragraph summarizing a case; this will result in only half the grade for the question. For each concept in an article, give an example or example from the case, showing that you can apply the concept. There is no need to cite on the exam if you are using resources from the class.
