The Case
Your company is considering moving your car manufacturing assembly plant from the U.S. to Mexico. Your boss has asked you to provide a summary analysis of the relocation, a strategic planning document of the move versus non-move for your company’s final decision.
Draw the analysis in the following format:

Mexico will do here) and what might motivate workers there versus a discussion of the
culture/conditions and motivation of the workers here in the US.
8. Conclusions and your final recommendations to your company and boss on whether or not to
make the move.
