1. You took recent legislation and regulations that pertain to principal and teacher evaluation and somehow thought they directly applied to employee selection – which
is not accurate.
2. Many of the sources you cited in support of the APPR process were published years before the most recent APPR laws and regulations were developed – and it seemed
you were trying to use these as contemporaneous sources which is impossible.
3. The online APPR handbook (Freeport?) contained (from what saw at a quick glance) only one mention of teacher selection. Yet you cited this source over and over to
support using APPR for selection. You can’t cite content that doesn’t exist!
