2) To produce a Strategic Plan for your own employer organization, or an organisation of your choice, using appropriate tools and/or frameworks.
This should include the following aspects:
– an overview which includes a discussion of the interdependent nature of the above functions for an organisation.
– a clarification of organisational objectives during the time period in question
o e.g. Where appropriate an example demonstrating how any long-term investment needs would be evaluated
– It is vitally important that you demonstrate an understanding of how and why Strategic Plans are drafted by organisations.
