Changes in employment status can take place in the workplace environment. These employer determinations are sometimes based on age, ability, and economic conditions.
Examples of changes in employment status include promotions, demotions, pay raises, pay decreases, and transfers. You need to know what employment changes are legal and beneficial to you.
Name and describe three changes in employment status that relate to you as a Human Resource Manger now or in the future. Try to come with one of your own and not use one that is listed above.
Please indicate which changes apply to the present and which ones are for the future.
Write a full 2-page paper to address the above issue. Include at least three scholarly research sources in your paper and cite them in a References page at the end in APA format. The Reference Page should be the third page. As in all writing assignments, follow standard mechanics in writing, grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Times New Roman, 11pt font.
APA formatting, this includes paragraph settings which must be set to zero, not to auto, zero. You will lose 15pts for this setting.
