Theory of Mind: (Dualism vs Materialism) Dualism is the idea that we have a non physical mind, or self, which accounts for our self awareness, emotions, thoughts etc. Materialism is the idea that the physical brain is what somehow accounts for all mental phenomena such as awareness, emotions.
