What you consider the primary points for companies to research and review on the benefits, risks, and costs of doing business in another country. This is NOT to be taken directly from your textbook (remember our discussions about not plagiarizing). What I really want you to do, is to consider the entire semester along with all you read in your text (all 19 chapters), and then in your words, highlight what you believe are the most important issues/factors to consider for: (1) benefits, (2) risks, and (3) costs.
Think of yourself as having been hired as a consultant for a company that is thinking about starting a business outside the US, and they are asking you what the most important factors are to consider. This should be a true summary of the main issues of this course. You may used bullet points as long as they are complete thoughts and not just topics. Since this will be YOUR thoughts/opinions, you do not need to provide references.
