The share of persons and citizens, which are saying that they are “Very Happy” is the highest in Kuwait with a percentage of 42 %.
The second highest level of happiness has been found in Bahrain, where 22 % said that they are “Very Happy”.
The third highest level of happiness is in Jordan, where 21 % of Jordanians express their personal happiness.
The lowest level of happiness has been identified in Yemen, where only 18 % are indicating that they are “Very Happy”.

The share of citizens of Egypt, who declared that they are “Very Happy” declined very much between the year 2000 and the year 2013.
In the year 2000, 18 per cent of Egyptians declared themselves to be “Very Happy”.
The share of persons over 18 years in Egypt, who say that they are “Very Happy” decreased to 10 % of the adult population in Egypt.
In the year 2013, only 5 per cent of all adult Egyptians over 18 years of age declared themselves as being “Very Happy”.
