Paper details:
Main idea of Report is to write like investment banking report for Carl Icahn where it will be talking mostly by
numbers what is going on with company. which problems how to deal with them. Main idea of this financial
report is to make Carl Icahn interested on that company that he will buy it.
All the details how to do this report is in the Task CF file. It should be 2000 words including numbers. Please

Company is – YHI International Limited. it is a Singapore company, it is specialise in destribution and
manufacturing. Based on my analysis of annual reports i can say that company is declining in terms of profit,
yes it has a lot of cash but company does not now what it is doing it seems that it has financial problems and
defiantly think that Carl Icahn will buy this company and improve it as he usually do and after sell.
