Paragraph 1: Summarize Smith’s article. Do you agree with her? Why or why not? (no more than one (1) page, single-spaced)
Paragraph 2: Summarize Taylor’s work. Do you agree with him? Why or why not? (no more than one (1) page, single-spaced)
Please submit your essay as ONE single-spaced document in either Word or PDF formats (any other formats will not be graded). Please note that both writing style, clarity, and grammar will be graded (as this is a take-home assignment). Please avoid quoting (although paraphrasing is acceptable); proper referencing is required (any format is acceptable provided it is consistent throughout). I want to hear your thoughts, including your own thoughts about each reading. This is not an ‘essay’ in the traditional sense, and there is no real requirement to tie each of the paragraphs together, although you can if you prefer. If you prefer, you can treat each paragraph as a ‘mini-essay’ in which you try to prove your point.
