A plan includes descriptions of strengths and weaknesses, career goals, and development activities for reaching those career goals. Use tools and practices mentioned in chapter 9 that would be best for your specific goals.
- Describe how assessment of personality type, work behavior, and job performance can synergistically be used for employee development.
