Initiating the Change
Leadership in schools is about looking to the future, almost with the uncanny ability to look around corners and see what is there. Effective leaders are mapping out the future and most of the mapping has to do with making organizational changes, strategic decisions about the school setting that will ensure meaningful learning on the part of students and align with society needs. Key to the success of an educational leader is not only the ability to see and predict change, but to take actions to implement change that benefit all players in the educational arena
