For question 1 and can be used in all questions when referring to the cultural context HOFSTEDE cultural dimensions must be used when talking about cultural
differences as a cultural framework.
When talking about what went wrong we need to talk about stakeholder management. ( please find a journal or framework related to this.) . We also must use MASLOWs
hierarchy of needs to explain what went wrong.
Also reference MITCHELLE 1997 about stakeholder characteristics ( power, legitimacy, urgency) for this question 1.
