Evaluate the reliability and validity of your job analysis.
Evaluate different performance appraisal methods that might be applied to your chosen job.
Explain the various benefits and vulnerabilities of each performance appraisal method.
Include at least two references.
Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.
2. Strategic Plan
1) Critically evaluate the relevance of the following functions in the production of a needs analysis and Strategic Plan to support the development of a competitive organisation:
– Marketing
– Human Resource Management
– Operational Management
– Financial Models as a means of evaluating potential long-term investment needs
(30% of the assignment, approximately 1,500 words)
2) To produce a Strategic Plan for your own employer organization, or an organisation of your choice, using appropriate tools and/or frameworks.
This should include the following aspects:
– an overview which includes a discussion of the interdependent nature of the above functions for an organisation.
– a clarification of organisational objectives during the time period in question
o e.g. Where appropriate an example demonstrating how any long-term investment needs would be evaluated
– It is vitally important that you demonstrate an understanding of how and why Strategic Plans are drafted by organisations.
