Chapter 1:
– Current clinical setting: patient referred to surgeon, consented for procedure, next appointment will be surgery.
-I would like to examine the role of clinical nurse in educating patient for preoperative and postoperative.
– Is it enough seeing the surgeon – verbally advised. Or does using leaflets or take away dvd helps patient and their retention of knowledge about the surgery and the artificial urinary device.
