Write a report evaluating the effectiveness of the risk, quality, and change management strategies specifically based on the Denver International Airport Baggage Claim Case Study. Apply advanced project management concepts and methodologies regarding quality process improvement in the development of project management strategies.
1) Describe and analyze techniques and tools used to identify, assess, and manage risks.
2) Describe and analyze techniques and tools used to identify, assess, and manage change.
3) Describe the relationship between a change management plan and scope creep management and describes associated risks.
4) Analyze techniques and tools used to plan for, verify, and control quality and how they influence organizational goals.
5) Analyze techniques used for corrective action and the importance of mitigation and fallback plans.
6) Assess the effectiveness of project management strategies and their influence on organizational goals.
7) Recommend strategies for improving project management effectiveness and how it will influence organizational goals.
