Learner is expected to collect background information about his/her organization ( AL Noor Hospital Airport Road ) in Abu Dhabi , UAE
and analyze the materials management and procurement process. Learners will
write a report of about 2000 words
learner is expected to prepare a case study about his/her organization
containing the following topics:
1. Mention the main public health utilization indicators in your organization (4
points)
2. Discuss three challenges and at least one possible solution for each one of
challenges in the delivery and management of the following public health
services in your organization: management of cardiovascular disease and risk
factors, management of diabetes and risk factors. Display your answer in a
table format (6 points)
3. Critically analyze one innovative approach in the delivery of public health
services in your organization and discuss its impact on the quality of services
provided (5 points)
