strategies and tactics you have observed / employed in those simulations. Please also record and reflect any issues arisen from your team meetings, decision making
processes, communication and interactions and team members, and the team dynamics.

Part 2 of your Journal is your reflection on the preparation leading up to the final negotiation simulation. Please record and reflect on your negotiation planning
process and specify your negotiation strategy and tactics. Each group member will be given different roles and responsibility, so each member’s negotiation plan will
be different.

Part 3 of your journal you are required to record and critically reflect on the final negotiation simulation, including the performance of your team and yourself as an
individual. Evaluate your own strengths and weaknesses in the final negotiation simulation, and suggest ways forward to improve your negotiation skills especially in a
cross-cultural environment
Advice:
Each group member will be given different roles and responsibility, so each member’s negotiation plan will be different. Please do not copy other team member’s plan.
