Structure : Always remember that the purpose of the structure is to facilitate the clear development

Analysis : The quality of your analysis is the most important part. In a good essay, the conclusion
will answer the question headon,
and the core of the essay will justify and explain the conclusion.
Evidence : You should not making sweeping claims that you fail to support with evidence. But
neither should you introduce factual information unless it is deployed in support of some analytical
point. In an ideal essay, every analytical point should be supported by appropriate evidence (i.e.
factual information), and every fact should be made to work to support some analytical point.
Written expression (Prose) : Do not try to write long, complex sentences or paragraphs. Keep
your prose simple and direct. Never write anything that you would not feel comfortable saying.
