Supreme Court Justices and their biographies are on the site ITT Chicago – Kent College of Law. Site also includes court cases. Pick a justice and discuss their background. Read the textbook about Selection of Federal Judges and Policy-making and the Courts. Does the justice display judicial activism or judicial restraint. Look over Landmark Cases site and the US Courts government site and discuss a case that caught your interest.
Assignment must be at least 250 words, and any sources used must be documented with MLA citation and parenthetical (intext) citations.
