t is a 5-7 page analysis of the U.S. presidency and national identity. You will choose one of the presidents from Washington to Grant to assess how he shaped and influenced the question of national identity AND/OR whether the nation’s identity shaped and influenced the question of national identity AND/OR whether the nation’s identity shaped and influenced his presidency.
