• What is it designed to address in relation to workplace safety?
• What does harmonisation mean in relation to the application of the law to all States and Territories?
• What benefits will the new legislation bring to your particular industry?
• Are the changes that make the law the same across the country a benefit? Why/why not?
• Are there any potential problems with this sort of legislation?
You should also provide a comprehensive overview of the new legislation to demonstrate your understanding of the new law.
